This December will be 25 years since I developed PTSD. I have been living with the affects of this haunting disorder for almost half my life. Sometimes life is normal and I don't notice it's there. Sometimes it's like being imprisoned in my own mind. Trapped in a place and time I just want to forget. There are so many others in our nation who have suffered far greater trials than I. Especially Veterans of war and first-responders. These heroes are rewarded too often for their courage with unending anxiety and life long struggles to lead a happy and successful life. I would like to say thank you for the selfless sacrifice that has created so much anguish for many who serve and protect our freedoms and way of life. But who have paid dearly for their heroism with nightmares and fear. I own none of the material used in the making of this video. No copyright intended.
