My name is Daiying Otten and I'm from a big town in Germany called Frankfurt and I'm using this account for uploading my vocal covers from YouTube.So I really hope that you guys enjoy my content on here because I always put a lot of work into my covers and always try to make them sound as good as possible! Moreover beside singing I also play an instrument which is the piano and apart from these two activities my hobbies are also dancing,drawing,stretching,editing pictures and listening to music! Hey guys I'm up again with another cover.This time with a very amazing,beautiful,agile,wild and catchy party song called "Hit Me Up" by Gia Farrell.
So since I absolutely love this song and think it's very great and fun to sing and dance to as well,I decided to do a cover of this song.
Otherwise this is also once again a song which I wanted to cover for so long! So I'm very happy as well that I finally did it!
Which is of course another reason why I covered this song!
Besides I also used to sing this song a lot back in the day! And god did I love to sing it,because it was just so much fun! I literally can't describe how much I love this song oh my god! It's definitely one of my most all-time favorite songs ever! Because the beat,rhythm,vibe,chorus and the way this song is sung is truly amazing! I'm literally so in love with the voice,chorus,beat and the song in general! Oh my god I'm literally overwhelmed from this song because it's just too awesome! I can't even describe how awesome it is anymore! Otherwise I also love the beginning of this song a lot because it really brings you in a great party mood! Yes this song is definitely the perfect dance and party song! So if you are having a dance party,you can definitely put this song on! It would have been perfect for it!
Besides this song also brings back some wonderful and beautiful memories for me! Because it was also one of the songs in the animation movie called "Happy Feet" which came out in 2006.That's actually also where I knew this song from! Even though I never got to watch the whole movie sadly! I mean I actually watched the movie a bit once when I was on the plane but sadly couldn't finish it! Because the plane was already about to land! So yes I really wanted to watch the whole movie so badly but sadly couldn't finish it because of the landing plane! A very big pity but I couldn't help it.
But despite that I still know the song "Hit Me Up" because it was played on the web page of Happy Feet! But not the whole song though,only the beginning of it! And I already loved it! But back then I didn't know what the song is called yet.I found it out a few years later and also finally got to listen to the whole song! And loved it even more! So since I knew this song from "Happy Feet" it also always reminds me of this movie whenever I hear it!
And to be honest this song also perfectly fits to "Happy Feet"! Because it has the perfect dance music and the beginning of it reminds me of dancing penguins or penguins in general haha! But it also only could be that I know this song from "Happy Feet" haha!
Anyway now finally back to the cover itself,well sadly my voice got extremely hoarse at a few parts of this song once again! And I even messed up a few lines or sang them in the wrong way! Which I'm all extremely sorry for but it just simply happens at times no matter how hard I try to prevent it! Which I do as much as I can! So please have some comprehension for that once again guys,thank you!
But despite all that of course,I still tried to make this song sound as great and as perfect as possible as I always do!
But still this is NOT supposed to sound perfect nor professional at all because I'm just doing this as a hobby and for having some fun during it.
So as always I had lots of fun singing and recording this cover!
