From Bilbao. I love music, especially rock, from pop-rock to metal. My favorite decade for music is the 90s, and the sound of grunge bands,... I hope you enjoy the covers.
Sugar – Helpless (Guitar Cover - Versión de Guitarra)
Note: This is a new recording/remix for a song I previously covered. I wasn't happy with the result, so I decided to record a new one. I've recorded some of the guitar tracks in the song.

“Helpless” was the second single of the album “Copper Blue” : ), by the American band Sugar, released back in 1992.
I’m a huge fan of Sugar and Bob Mould (his founder and front man), but their songs are hard to cover, and accurate guitar tabs are difficult to find. All Sugar albums were originally recorded with many different guitar layers, to get their characteristic “guitar wall” sound. This is my own interpretation of the song, which is not necessary the way it was originally performed. By the way, Bob Mould was the only guitarist in the band, so the songs were performed quite different from the album when played live.
Standard tuning with capo on 5th fret. I have seen live performances with Bob Mould playing the song like this.
Gear used:
- G&L Rampage Jerry Cantrell signature.
- Fender Stratocaster Standard.
- Digitech RP360 Effects Processor.
I don’t own the rights to this song. If you like the song, please support the original artist!
