Hello everybody welcome to my page on Coverium! My name is Daiying Otten and I'm from a big town in Germany called Frankfurt and I'm using this account for uploading my vocal covers from YouTube.So I really hope that you guys enjoy my content on here because I always put a lot of work into my covers and always try to make them sound as good as possible! Moreover beside singing I also play an instrument which is the piano and apart from these two activities my hobbies are also dancing,drawing,stretching,editing pictures and listening to music! Happy New Year 2018 everybody! I hope all of you guys had a wonderful New Year's Eve and also a fresh and happy new start into this new year! So this one is my first cover ever of this year!
Therefore I came up with this very new,awesome,catchy,beautiful,dark and even kinda spooky song called "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift.
So since I absolutely love this song and think it's very great and fun to sing as well,I decided to do a cover of this song.
Besides as I already mentioned before,this is a very new song from Taylor Swift because it came out just 4 months ago! To be exact it came out 27th August 2017!
And normally you know Taylor Swift with her sweet and innocent country songs.But this song is totally different from her actual country style! It's very dark,haunting and scary! So actually this song would have been perfect for Halloween a well! Especially when this song has a very spooky intro! It really reminds you of ghosts,zombies,death and Halloween in general! Otherwise the music video of this song starts in a graveyard and Taylor Swift comes out of the ground as a zombie! Which gives the whole song a even more spooky and Halloween vibe aka feel! So yes perfect Halloween song also!
Otherwise I also think that this song reveals Taylor Swift's bad and dark side! And according to the phone call in this song,the country Taylor Swift has already died and therefore has been replaced by this bad Taylor Swift! If you don't know what I'm talking about just check out the lyrics of this song and you know what I mean!
Moreover I once again cannot explain how much I love this song! Because the music,rhythm,beat,chorus and the vocals of it is truly fabulous! It sounds so freaking amazing in my opinion! And I also love the video of it! It's very creative and awesome!
So as I always do of course,I tried to make this song sound as great and as perfect as possible!
But still this is NOT supposed to sound perfect nor professional at all because I'm just doing this as a hobby and for having some fun during it.
So as always I had lots of fun singing and recording this cover!

Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter. Her genre-spanning discography, songwriting and artistic reinventions have received critical praise and wide media coverage. Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville at age 14 to become a country artist. She signed a songwriting deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing in 2004 and a recording contract with Big Machine Records in 2005. Her 2006 self-titled debut album made her the first female country singer to write a U.S. platinum-certified album.
Swift's next albums, Fearless (2008) and Speak Now (2010), explored country pop. The former's "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me" were the first country songs to top the U.S. pop and all-genre airplay charts, respectively. She experimented with rock and electronic styles on Red (2012), which featured her first Billboard Hot 100 number-one song, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together", and eschewed her country image in her synth-pop album, 1989 (2014), supported by chart-topping songs "Shake It Off", "Blank Space", and "Bad Blood". Media scrutiny inspired the urban-flavored Reputation (2017) and its number-one single "Look What You Made Me Do".
Exiting Big Machine, Swift signed with Republic Records in 2018 and released her seventh studio album, Lover (2019), followed by the autobiographical documentary Miss Americana (2020). She ventured into indie folk and alternative rock in her 2020 albums Folklore and Evermore, whose singles "Cardigan" and "Willow" topped the Hot 100. Swift began re-recording her first six albums after a dispute over their masters, re-releasing two in 2021—Fearless (Taylor's Version) and Red (Taylor's Version). The latter's "All Too Well (10 Minute Version)" became the longest song to top the Hot 100. Her 2022 album Midnights and single "Anti-Hero" broke all-time streaming records. Swift has directed music videos and films, such as All Too Well: The Short Film (2021), and played supporting roles in others.
Having sold over 200 million records globally, Swift is one of the best-selling musicians in history. She is the most streamed woman on Spotify, and the only act to have five albums open with over one million copies sold in the US. Among her accolades are 12 Grammy Awards, including three Album of the Year wins; an Emmy Award; 40 American Music Awards; 29 Billboard Music Awards; three IFPI Global Recording Artist of the Year awards; and 92 Guinness World Records. Swift has been featured in rankings such as Rolling Stone's 100 Greatest Songwriters of All Time, Billboard's Greatest of All Time Artists, the Time 100 and Forbes Celebrity 100.
