Hey guys I'm up again with another cover.This time with a very beautiful,sweet,romantic,dreamy,catchy but also sad song by the wonderful and lovely King of Pop Michael Joseph Jackson.The song is called "Chicago" and is from his "Xscape" album which came out in 2014.And sadly the instrumental I'm using for this cover is only the remix version of the song,cause unfortunately there was no karaoke provided in the original version of the song.So I have to stick with the remix instrumental instead.
And as I already mentioned I think this song is sad because the lyrics of it is talking about a woman who fell in love with Michael and told him how hard her life is because she is all alone and had to raise her kids of her own! But unfortunately it came out that she fooled Michael because she already had a husband but she still wants Michael because she thinks loving him is cool! So that's why she wanted to live a double life.And that's the sad part of the song because Michael got used from her! And I think that this woman in the song portrays the "false friends" Michael had in his life who only used him for his money and fame! And such a wonderful and sweet man like him should have never ever get treated like this! He deserved so much better! So with this song called "Chicago" he simply wants to tell us that he got fooled and used A LOT in his life! But of course he luckily wasn't completely alone around all the money greedy people there were still some friends like Liz Taylor or Emmanuel Lewis who defended him no matter what! And of course all the fans/Moonwalkers around the world too including myself of course!
So as I always do with every song of Michael Jackson of course,I want to honor him with this wonderful and lovely song of his! Because as I said million times he truly deserved it more than anybody else in this whole entire world! Cause he truly did so much for this world and also sadly got hurt a lot from this world too! Because of money greedy and jealous people as well as simply haters who believe everything which is said in the media! All that is extremely tragic!
But no matter what we Moonwalkers aka Soldiers of Love will always love,support and defend him forever no matter what happens and no matter how many time passes by!
Cause we all love you so much Michael forever an ever! You truly mean the world to us!
Now back to the cover itself,well I'm not completely happy how this cover turned out because my voice sadly got extremely hoarse during the song once again! Which I'm extremely sorry for but as I said billion times it just simply happens no matter how hard I try to prevent it! Which I'm doing as much as I can! So please have some comprehension for that once again guys,thank you!
But despite all that of course,I still tried to make this song sound as great and as perfect as possible as I alway do!
But still this is NOT supposed to sound perfect nor professional at all cause I'm just doing this as a hobby and for having some fun during it.
So as always of course I had lots of fun singing and recording this cover!
